Highlands and Islands

For delivery to northern Scotland (post code areas AB, IV, KW, PA and PH, FK) and all off-shore UK areas (HS, IM, ZE, BT), please telephone or email for a quotation for delivery costs prior to placing your order. The website will not allow you to proceed based on your postcode but it doesn't mean we can't ship to you. Our normal courier is not compeitive in shipping to these postcodes therefore we shop around for the best solution.

International Orders

We do ship internationally, we regularly ship to Ireland, Australia, Europe and recently Canada. Please get in touch with the list of products and quantities along with the delivery address so that we can collate shipping quotes for you.

Deliveries

We aim to despatch all orders within 10 working days, we will inform you accordingly if this is extended.    DELIVERIES ARE MADE ON WORKING DAYS, SHOULD YOU REQUIRE A SATURDAY DELIVERY THEN PLEASE GET IN TOUCH.

The delivery address provided must be an address where the goods can be signed for.  

For delivery to the UK mainland excluding northern Scotland, there is a delivery charge of £11.99 (incl VAT), for a 3-5 day service. Except for Show jumps, show jump poles and Tower markers, as these are bulky items delivery is based on weight and will therefore vary from order to order. Please contact us for more information.

If you require a next-day delivery service, £16.50 (incl VAT), please contact sales via email or phone. If processed on the website please order before midday, any orders received after this will be going out the following day. Unfortunately, we cannot process personalised products for a next-day service. 

If you are in the area and wish to collect your order please select Click and Collect at the checkout, we will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Show Jumps and Poles are not available for Click and Collect.

Please note that once the goods are with the courier then we can not guarantee their delivery service. 

Orders of smaller items may be despatched with Royal Mail at either £3.99 (VAT exempt) or £5.99 (VAT exempt), the website should work out which service is applicable for the size and quantity of products ordered.

FOR LARGE ORDERS INCLUDING PALLETS SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE PER ORDER.

Our aim is not to make profit or loss from delivery charges but to get the best price available so we do shop around and use a number of courier companies for quotes.
