This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Sportsmark collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Sportsmark website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Sportsmark. Our Privacy Policy tells you how we do this and what your rights are. Any personal data processed in line with our Privacy Policy is controlled by us, as the data controller.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw your consent, please email sales@sportsmark.co.uk, call us or use the unsubscribe function in any e-mail we send.

Sportsmark has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
