For mainland UK we aim to despatch all orders within 10 working days, however at times this may be extended, but we will inform you accordingly.
Delivery charge is £9.99 for mainland UK. If you live outside mainland UK we will seek quotes for the most cost effective method of delivery, please call 01789 731548 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information. SHOW JUMPS AND POLES: The delivery price is based on the weight of these items so will vary.
We will gladly exchange any item or issue a refund, if it is returned in its original packaging, unsoiled and unused, within 14 days from receipt of goods. Returns goods will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the goods. If an item is faulty, it must be returned to us for inspection before replacement goods or refunds can be issued. Please note that personalised products can only be returned if they have been damaged in transit. In this instance please navigate to your account and find your order and complete the form provided. Postage fees will be reimbursed on justified claims.
20 x 40 Partially enclosed requires 17 arena boards, 20 x 60 Partially enclosed requires 21 arena boards, 20 x 40 Fully enclosed requires 60 arena boards, 20 x 60 Fully enclosed requires 80 arena boards.
Generally 2 pole retainers are used for one pole, therefore 4 pole retainers are required to flag one fence. The retainers are sold in packs of 2 and as the quantity increases the price falls. 1 pack of 2 is £2.49, 50 or more £2.24 and so on.

The easiest way to see this is to watch the video which can be found if you click the question above. To personalise a sign type the text that you would like to include in the text boxes on the right hand side of the product (not on the product itself), the product will then update so that you can see a preview. If you can see a red box with 'Edit Image' in the top left corner this is an image field so you can drag an image from your photo library into this field. Upload images into the photo library by clicking 'Upload Images'. Images can be photos or graphic files.
This depends upon the sign type that you choose! Interior signs can be acrylic of varying thicknesses, whilst exterior signs can be any of the following: Alupanel, Correx or Polypropylene. The range of materials enables signs to be used in different situations, such as the one-off event signs on Correx to permanent signs on Alupanel. Please click here to read more about each material.
This depends upon the sign type that you choose! Summit marker signs whether they are standard or personalised are welded into the plastic frame so you simply push these into the ground. Large event signs give you a range of installation methods to choose from to suit your needs and budget. Remove all fixings that can be removed and stack signs with the sign faces touching, summit marker signs are designed to fit into a carry bag for either 8 or 12 signs.
Due to the large range of signs sizes and materials the prices start from £4.99 and range up to £24.99.
The smallest sign is 203mm x 172mm and the largest is 600mm x 400mm. The majority of signs are 3mm in thickness.
Standard signs can be ordered over the telephone, however any personalised signs do need to be created on the website.
Yes! Upload your images to the photo library. If you are registered on the site then you can add your photos or graphics and these will be available to you when you open any product which requires personalisation. You can edit your photo library by clicking on your email address found on the top header and underneath 'My account' click on Album Management.
Find the relevant text box on the right hand side menu (not on the product) and delete the text.

To create a CSV file using Mirocsoft Excel, launch Excel and open the file you want to save in CSV format - ideally copy the file first and delete any columns of data that isn't needed on the Bridle numbers. Once open, click File, choose the Save As option, and for the Save as type option, select CSV (Comma Delimited) or CSV (Comma delimited)(*.csv), depending on your version of Mircosoft Excel. Your file is now ready to select when designing your Bridle Numbers.
