Club Discounts
As we are offering a 10% discount to all club members, if required we will provide a proforma invoice/quotation that can be presented to the Treasurer to forward on payment. This also guarantees the correct amount is paid.
Please note - The proforma invoice/quotation is not an order until the payment is received. It will not be processed until that point. Please also refer to the front of the catalogue for information on approved clubs.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been received, unless otherwise arranged.
Credit/Debit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch.
For Switch please give the number across the middle of the card and also the issue number.
For Cheque or Postal Orders, please make payable to Signam Ltd. (cheques are given 6 calendar days to clear)
Deliveries
Mainland UK
We aim to despatch all orders within 10 working days, however at times this maybe extended, but we will inform you accordingly.
Free Delivery: all orders with a value of over £500
Standard Delivery charge: A £5.00 charge is made for orders of a value between £150 and £500.
For Postal Items: A charge of £1.50 will be made.
Export
We regularly send orders abroad and will be pleased to quote transport prices to your destination, anywhere in the world. Please await transport prices before sending payment which maybe either cheque, Credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Returns and Damages
We will gladly exchange any item or issue a refund, if it is returned in its original packaging, unsoiled and unused, within 14 days from receipt of goods.If an item is faulty, it must be returned to us for inspection before replacement goods or refunds can be issued. Postage fees will be reimbursed on justified claims.
